About
We are a small breeder located in Grand View, Idaho owed by Travis and Jodi Jewett. Our Aussies enjoy a adventurous filled life between the deserts of Owyhee County, and the lush forest and rivers in Featherville, ID. Between the two areas, our dogs have lots of space to roam and adventure.
The Jewetts came to love the Aussie breed when their son received one as a gift. As this puppy grew, we became inquisitive on this breed and began the research, finding out just how amazing the breed is; they are loyal, gentle, smart, and beautiful. As our first Aussie grew we were amazed at the excellent friend and pet she became to our family and added another female and male to the family.
We love our Australian Shepherds and want to find others who enjoy and respect this remarkable breed. We keep our program small with intent to maintain the standard of the breed and only produce the best puppies possible. We strive to find the perfect home for each dog we produce.
The puppies we produce are a huge part of our life. When purchasing a dog from us, you become part of our “family”. We are here 100% of the way and willing to answer any questions you may have about your puppy/dog for its entire lifetime. We strive to socialize our puppies to the max while they are in our home. Including with children, adults, dogs, other animals, loud noises, common daily occurrences.
We love our dogs and our biggest priority is providing them with a fun, happy, amazing life. They have blessed our family and many others!!
What we offer
*We only breed with the most sound loving Australian Shepherd personality.
*We stand by all of our puppies and like to get to know our families. We are available for any and all questions they have, along with the wonderful memories and adventures.
*We have all coat colors, eye colors, and personalities to choose from along with energy levels.
*Each puppy will come with a welcome pack.
*Shipping and delivery is an option.
How we raise our puppies
*We help deliver all of our puppies in a welping box, we stay with mama from first delivery to the end.
*From a few days old, we check on each pup everyday from head to toes.
*Three days old puppies tails are docked and dew claws removed.
*As they grow we expand their pen and start them on puppy pad training showing them where to potty and where not to potty.
*As they grow they get to go into the outside in a play yard.(weather permitted)
*All puppies are raised with our kids and grandchild, other dogs, and 1 cat.
*Puppies are started on soft canned food, mixed with Paw Tree Kibble, with a bit of milk to soften at 4 weeks.
*All puppies dewormed at 2, 4, 6 weeks.
*5 way shots given at 6 weeks.
*Most pups are ready between 6 and 8 weeks.
